Please note that as per the latest local (Maltese) government and health authority regulation, drivers of commercial vehicles entering Malta, with sea fare tickets showing that they will be staying in Malta for less than 48 hours, as well as those returning to Malta within 48 hours outside of Malta, shall continue to only require to fill in/complete and submit the online registration form, a link of which is also found on our website under the Covid-19 procedures section.
However, those exceeding the 48 hours stay in Malta, or returning from Sicily later than 48 hours after departure from Malta, will, as from today, ALSO require to present a PCR negative result test, before embarkation, taken not more than 72 hours prior the sailing date.
Without this, embarkation shall be refused.
Alternatively, those who present a Full Vaccination certificate issued in Malta, will not require to present the PCR test result, and shall only require to fill in the online registration form.
