Seatruck has released a statement;
During the period of Wednesday 26th June - Saturday 6th July, Peel Ports will carry out essential works on Liverpool's Langton Lock gate, which is the main access to Seatruck's Liverpool Terminal. During the works, Langton bound vessels will be diverted through Gladstone Lock. This will lengthen transit times and inevitably lead to an increase in traffic, affecting arrival and departure times for Port users.
The increase in traffic transiting via Gladstone Lock will limit our ability to maintain current schedule and vessel frequency. In light of these restrictions we have decided to coincide the works with a dry-docking period for two FSG vessels, which currently operate on the Dublin route. This in turn will reduce the Dublin - Liverpool service to a 3-vessel operation for a period of three weeks.
We appreciate this will be a challenging period for all concerned and ask for your patience and understanding during essential works. We advise you to download the Seatruck schedule App for the very latest schedule updates.
