Seatruck's statement on congestion at Liverpool terminal;
Seatruck's Liverpool terminal is currently experiencing severe congestion due to the recent weather disruption, this has led to temporary closures and long delays. This evenings 16:00 and 22:00 sailings will be primarily utilised to clear onsite backlog, bookings on these sailings will be heavily restricted.
Standby bookings and units presented for shipping more than 24 hours in advance of their booked sailing will be declined. Please allow added time for drivers as further delays are expected this evening. Again, we would request long stay trailers are removed from the terminal as a priority.
Please accept our apologies for the disruption and delays caused, we are doing everything possible to ease the situation but a safe, working terminal is paramount. It is essential we clear heavy backlogs to maintain schedule and ensure the safe working turnaround of vessels.

Suspension of mobile bookings;
Unfortunately the decision has been made by Seatruck Management to suspend any more mobile bookings or deliveries for 24 hours due to extreme severe congestion on Heysham Port.
The decision has not been taken lightly and we apologise for any convenience caused. We will review the situation in 24 hours and let all customers know in due course. Please be advised that unfortunately if anything arrives in the meantime we will have to turn them away.
