P&O Ferries have released an update about Teesport Access Cards;

PD Ports have recently introduced a new HGV Driver induction for the Unitised operation. Drivers who do not have a current valid induction will be required to go through this. All drivers with a valid induction will need to be issued a new Driver Access Control Card in order to access the Terminal and Auto Gate from the 29th July 2019.

The new Unitised HGV Induction can be completed through the PD Ports website which is accessible via PC and mobile devices.

Once the induction has been completed the driver must report to the Pass Office (open Monday-Sunday 07:00-19:00) or the TCT2 Service Desk (open Monday-Friday 06:00-22:00)
