We are attaching a copy of the ‘declaration of honour’ form which has been issued by the French authorities.  This must be completed and shown at check-in by Commercial Drivers before boarding our vessels from Dublin to Cherbourg.  The form may also be inspected by French authorities on arrival in Cherbourg.

This form, together with proof of a negative COVID-19 test, is required for Commercial Drivers of all vehicle types travelling on our direct Dublin/Cherbourg service. We would advise that Commercial Drivers complete the form pre-arrival at check-in to avoid delays.
