Fjord Line will no longer operate the ferry route between Sandefjord in Norway and Strömstad in Sweden, as the route does not support Fjord Line's vision and long-term strategy.
This is a strategic move to concentrate Fjord Line's operations around the sailing routes between Norway and Denmark. Fjord Line wants to develop the company further within tourism and the best on-board customer experiences. At the same time, Fjord Line will continue to be a key player in both passenger traffic and freight transport between Norway and the continent.
All of Fjord Line's other ferry routes are part of the long-term strategy and will not be affected by the company's withdrawal from the route between Sandefjord and Strömstad.
