UK Government has announced that HGV / van drivers of commercial vehicles are now exempt from completing the UK Passenger Locator Form before travelling to England (this currently does not apply for travel to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). 

Please note that the exemption only applies to HGV and van drivers of commercial vehicles and other employees of community licence holders for the international carriage of goods. 

Drivers will need to show that travel is part of their job, for example a letter from their employer, a consignment note or an operator’s licence.
