We require 24 hours' notice of hazardous shipments from all UK and French ports, with the requirement increasing to 72 hours for departures from Spain.

Please note that the relevant DGN(s) must be emailed to us at the time of booking and must be signed prior to shipment.

The below information must be provided:

• Consignor
• Consignee
• Truck/trailer registration number
• UN number
• Flashpoint if applicable
• Net weight
• Gross weight
• Number of packages
• Packing group
• Signature
